The online cat offers automatic monitoring of the elements of your order. Paught your order number and email so that the follow -up elements are automatically sent to you. You can also request our customer service during standard schedules:

From Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. as well as Saturday morning from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at +33 1 82 83 29 89 (cost of a local call)

For each of your deliveries, you receive a monitoring SMS with a clickable link to modify the date if that announced by the carrier does not suit you.

You have 7 calendar days from delivery in order to control the content of your packages and report to us in any damage.

In case of damaged parts, photographs them, surround them on the assembly manual and send the photos by email to contact@meubleunique.com, not forgetting to mention your order number in the subject of the email.

The manufacturer seller sends the parts within 2 to 15 working days depending on the nature of the furniture or equipment finishes.
