Polyurethane foam, latex and natural coconut fiber.
The coconut fiber is naturally anti -acarienne, its breathable quality also makes it possible to regulate your child's temperature during his sleep.
All mattress covers are made of quilted fabric. They have a membrane structure, they thus offer exceptional delicacy and sweetness.
They are equipped with zippers to allow its withdrawal. This facilitates the withdrawal of the cover for washing.
The advantage of polyurethane foams is their high permeability of air and water vapor. Thanks to this, the sweat produced by the body at the time of sleep can freely enter the mattress and be expelled from the bottom of the bed. Consequently, humidity does not accumulate inside, which has a key impact on reducing the growth of microorganisms and bacteria.
Latex is a raw material of natural origin and the mattresses that are made of it are characterized by great flexibility and resistance to permanent deformation.
The components used in the production of the mattress have the standard Oeko-Tex® certificate 100, which confirms that they do not contain harmful substances in their composition and that they are intended for contact with the human body.
Construction of the mattress:
The highest quality foam with a hardness of T25 - 7 cm thick:
For the manufacture of the mattress, the real T25 foam has been used, thanks to which the core of the mattress is hard enough and elastic, in order to provide good support for the spine. During sleep, both on the side and on the back, correct the positioning of the spine is ensured and a natural and straight position is maintained. A too soft foam mattress can have a harmful effect on the position of the spine.
Latex of natural origin - 2 cm thick:
A 2 cm thick latex layer is used in the mattress. Thanks to this, the surface of the mattress on which it is applied is characterized by very great elasticity and flexibility. The dense structure of the latex prevents the penetration of its surface
with mites or dust. At the time of use, special ventilation channels cause a compression and air expansion effect.
This phenomenon has a very beneficial effect on the ventilation of the entire mattress. The antiallergic properties of latex allow good ventilation, avoiding the development of molds or fungi.
The very great sustainability of the latex affects its resistance to permanent deformation, which makes it suitable for many years.
Coconut carpet:
A carpet of natural coconut with a grammage of 1200 g/m2 is used in the mattress. The main task of the coconut carpet is to modify the hardness characteristics of the mattress on which it is applied. It is a natural raw material with antiallergic properties. It prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi, affects the rigidity of the mattress and extends its lifespan.
Polar protection:
Its task is to create a sliding surface between the blanket and the coconut carpet. It allows the withdrawal and replacement of the cover after washing.
Quilted cover:
The cover is made up of three layers of tissue knitted with a grammage of 300 g/m2, each being adapted to the contact with the delicate skin of a child. The outer layer is velvety and very delicate to the touch, and very resistant. The central spatial layer gives the cover a softness and an appropriate volume, and the inner layer protects the delicate central part during use, withdrawal or washing.
An extremely important feature is that the cover is quilted thanks to ultrasonic technology. This consists in the fact that its individual layers are not sewn together with wires, but thermally connected by means of a device called soundtrade. This is particularly important when the mattress is used by children. It eliminates the risk of wandering of the wire used in traditional quilting. Such threads are likely to choke or roll up between a baby's delicate fingers because of his movements.
The cover has a zipper sewn on three sides, so it can be easily removed from the mattress and washed.
